MAKING PURCHASE

For products in the shopping system, just " click" on desired item. Check the Shopping Cart. Then you "check out" you has to select delivery country (drop down menu). The purpose for this is the handling of shipping charge, and administration of Sales tax.
If you can't find your country use some other in the same area.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Our goal is to make your ordering as affordable as possible. Therefore we charge you only the real cost of shipping and insurance. We don't want to make a profit on top of you charges.
The shipping charge in the " Check out page" is only to give you an idea of shipping cost. We confirm the exact charge for the full order before shipping.
Insurance
every shipping is covered by Insurance for full value.

We accept , VISA and Master Card. We do not charge your card until its ready to ship your order. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

PURCHASE ORDER

We do not currently accept purchase order since all orders must be pre-paid. We haw many corporate and organizational customers who take advantage of following alternative.

WARRANTIES

All products come with full manufacturer warranty. If you haw a problem with a product purchased from UK Diving Collection you only haw to email us and explain you problem, and we will do the utmost to fix it.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

If you wish to return or exchange any item, you must first email and leave a message. We will get back to you with an authorizing.
Any returned items must be unused and haw all original paperwork pacing and warranties intact.
Items returned for refund are subject to a 15 % restocking charge. There are no returns, refunds or exchange on special order, custom items, or close out sale.
